valoiseBefore I get bossy with my what I want, let me say Thank you!! I'm looking forward to the wonderful vid that you're going to make for me. I'm not going to give you specific songs for my choices; if you're anything like me you need to vid to music that speaks to you, not to a song that I like. I've got fairly eclectic taste in music, from 1930s big band to Celtic punk, I like a range of music, although I'm pretty lukewarm to modern pop and bland country. Funny songs make me very happy and since most of my requests lean heavy toward humor, cracky vids are fine.
The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.
Every year I request Brisco County, hoping for something that captures the essence of this funny sf western, the show that made me fall for Bruce Campbell. Maybe this is the year.
The Hunted (Web Series)
This sword-slinging, vamp-hunting web series started with Bob and the LA series and that's the one I love best. Mixing in the Chronicles of Kendall and his Portland-based Hunted eps would be great, too, as long as Bob is at the heart of it.
Good Eats
The other perennial request on my Festivids wishlist is Good Eats. Alton Brown's food geekery just cries out for something ridiculous.
Alphas
A Gary-centric vid would make me very happy and I would love one that explored Gary/Anna.
Blackadder
Although the strength of this show was the dialog, I really believe there's a wonderful vid just waiting to be made. My one request would be to please use series 2-4 and skip series 1.
Big Trouble in Little China
The world needs a hilarious vid for this movie and it's a crime that one hasn't been made yet.
Seven Samurai
This is the most serious vid i'm requesting. I absolutely adore this movie and any vid that explores the camaraderie between the samurai who band together would be wonderful.
Queen of Swords
Where, oh, where are the Montoya/Helm vids? You can keep the queen, it's the heat between these two that really makes this show wonderful.
