If you've already tried looking while logged out (and after clearing cookies/cache/history), just to make sure, the only other thing I can think of is that sometimes sites don't like particular browsers. I've run into that a lot with Vimeo -- in fact, Safari is the only browser Vimeo's site works for me at all.
