I didn't have any problems with Lion and after the upgrade lase night FCE does open and let me import files, but there could be hidden problems I haven't encountered yet. I was all set to maybe jump to Adobe Premiere when they went to a rental model. IDk, maybe I'll move to Final Cut X, who knows.
