I know I tend to get over-organized at times, but when I delegate, my expectation is that the people can handle their assignments, else I wouldn't have given them the assingment. Bottom line: Plan your work and work your plan.
I'm glad you had a great time, my experience with the webcam was a bit different and my pictures not as good.
