A very belated Equinox Exchange post - my gifts

The last month got away from me, I really meant to post earlier. The theme for this round of equinox_exchange was sources from the 1990s and bironic did a fantastic job with my request for vids from Northern Exposure. Secondary characters really make the show richer and the two I love most are Ed Chigliak and Marilyn Whirlwind. A vid for either of them would have been great. The generous bironic made two - one for Ed and one for Marilyn.

This year I was paired with sweetestdrain who requested a Highlander vid. I'm not sure this exactly fit the brief, but watching Bohemian Rhapsody has left me listening to a lot of Queen lately and this song just cried out for a vid, something that shows that grief and loss are an integral part of friendship between immortals. After reveals went live a friend pointed out to me that Brian May actually wrote this song about his dead cat, but no reqrets, I still think it works as I'd intended.
