There are two Highlander fanfilms coming soon, either streaming or digital downloads. I guess if Davis-Panzer are going to drag their feet on moving forward with the franchise, fans will step up and make their own.
The second fan film trailer I posted, for Highlander: Dark Places, has a much more diverse cast including a new female immortal and her female teacher. I know Andrew got Rich Ridings and Marcus Testory (Silas and Caspian) to do the narration for the trailer, but I don't know if they do any voice overs during the actual move. I'm looking forward to Highlander: Dark Places because it was filmed in and around Seattle and I used to live there, so I'll be looking for familiar locations.
I saw your post about this one after I made the other comment. Yes, this looks fun, too. Maybe a little less polished, but a bit more to my tastes in the diversity arena. :)
